It hardly needs mentioning that Holger Czukay did pioneering work with the German groep Can. However, Czukay's career begins in 1968, just a few months after the start of Can. His work 'Canaxis' was way ahead of its time, and Czukay, waiting another 10 years with his next release, surprised again with the LP 'Movies' containing the culthit 'Persian Love'. Holger often collaborates with fellow musicians like Jaki Liebezeit and Conny Plank. With Liebezeit and Jah Wobble he made the legendary 'How Much Are They'. The fact that Czukay goes along with the developments in music, is proved by his cooperation with Dr. Walker of Air Liquide and the female singer U-She. With 'Linear City' Czukay even takes part in an Internet band including Banabila.
