This over-the-top exercise from director Chin Man-Kei (Sex and Zen 2) can be entertaining in a bizarre, anything-goes fashion. Out-there plot devices and makeup effects (at one point, Tsui Kam-Kong literally becomes a "dickhead") add to the extreme weirdness, which can certainly be diverting to some.
