A noblewoman (Cecilia Cheung) known as the White Dragon is possessed of great martial arts skill and becomes the object of several men's fantasies. When one of her suitors sends her off to seize a blind assassin (Francis Ng), White Dragon finds herself falling in love with her intended victim. Joining forces, White Dragon and the blind swordsman turn their weapons on a prince, who, it is revealed, has less than perfect motives for his actions.
