To avenge her sister's death, Emanuelle thinks of a diabolic plan which will lead to sadistic sex games and bloody horrors. She manages to track down her sister's sadistic lover who she holds responsible for her sister's suicide. When she drugs him, he starts to hallucinate so severly that he decides to end it all by killing Emanuelle.
