Earth is a post-apocalyptic world where cannibalistic mutants terrorise the general population. The force behind the terror is an ancient vampire who has turned Los Angeles into his personal blood farm and preys on its citizens. Amidst this urban chaos is Hunter, a strung out junkie, who has just emerged from a toxic river with no memory of who he is. To fight his growing vampiric lust and addiction he has to follow a path that may ultimately lead to his destruction.
