Sting 2003 proved to be memorable to say the least. The 20th edition of the 'greatest one night reggae show on earth' turned out to involve riots, public uproar, plenty of bottling and even an on-stage fist fight (between Vybz Kartel's entourage and the unfortunate Ninjaman). This DVD doesn't show a lot of the unrest, it focuses mainly on the many highlights. The DVD contains parts of more than 25 performances. It features roots artists like DYCR, Natty King, Junior Kelly, Richie Spice, Anthony B and Chuck Fender; a couple of veterans like Pinchers, Sanchez and Sting favourites Barkey and Wickerman; and off course loads and loads of dancehall performers like Predator, Elephantman, Wayne Marshall, Bling Dawg and the above mentioned sparring partners Vybz and Ninja. The actual punch-up isn't featured but it explains the absence of Boutnykiller, who walked out of Sting after the commotion. A triumphant Beenieman saved the day with a wicked performance to cool the crowd down.
