OK, we admit it isn’t cheap but worth every penny, this new collection of Garnett Silk songs. Just before his untimely death in december 1994 Garnett delivered three albums worth of material to Atlantic Records who saw his immense potential. This double cd contains 20 of those tracks, a mix of new songs and remakes of his earlier hits. These sessions capture Garnett Silk at the peak of his carreer, both vocally and lyrically. We cannot comprehend why it had to take six years for this album to be released but why bitch about that, it’s here at last so enjoy.
