Jun Shibata (Miki Nakatani) is an amitious female police chief who follows the trail of an unsolved murder case, involving corrupt cops in her department, to a remote island. There she meets the disturbed daughter of the couple who were murdered, and soon learns that she is slowly taking her revenge on the people she believes were responsible.
