Based on the short stories of the infamous Bruce La Bruce, Sugar's descent into the crystal-caked streets of downtown Toronto requires a strong stomach. Our young adventurous suburban hero Cliff turns 18 and, like many a good adventure, this one begins with his need to break away from the security of home. His preternaturally wise and weird younger sister (think Yoda meets Chucky) gives him a spliff and suggests he goes out and gets laid.
