Almost four years have past since Beres Hammond's last album. Finally it's here and it's massive. 'Love Has No Boundaries' is a prime example of all Beres' strengths: his powerful yet silky smooth singing, great self penned lyrics, an original choice in classic riddims and the high quality production to match. Almost the entire album is a Harmony House production, with Beres himself and Willie Lindo in the producers chair. Other producers include Beres Hammond long time affiliates Germain, Bello and Sly and Robbie for Penthouse, Star Trail and Taxi records respectively. 'Good Old Dancehall Days' with veteran DJ Big youth and 'Thanks FiMi Pride and Joy' with Buju Banton both were successful on 45 rpm, the other 16 tracks are all exclusives for the album. With the exception of a couple of soul style ballads, all the tracks are done is a reggae fashion utilising a real live band. The result is this highly recommendable album that is a very strong contender for the album of the year.
