Skinny Tiger, Fatty Dragon teams Sammo Hung with Karl Maka as a pair of crime-fighters intent on busting a drug trafficking ring. A case of mistaken identity results in them accidentally molesting a woman, publicly humiliating and apprehending a ruthless crime lord, "Prince" Tak, and destroying the Deputy Commissioner's wedding reception. Banished from Hong Kong, the pair resign from the police force and eventually return from exile in Singapore to run a karaoke bar. Their troubles begin when Tak is released on bail and determines to seek revenge on the pair whatever the cost.
