Oliviero Rouvigny is a angry alcoholic writer who is suffering from a severe spell of writer's block. He takes out his frustration on his wife Irma, who he beats and mentally abuses, in their remote Italian villa. The police come calling on Mr. Rouvigny as an ex-lover has had her throat slashed with a curved knife, and he is the prime suspect. Soon Floriana, a sexy young cousin, comes to stay with the unhappy couple. She is a sexually adventurous beauty who enjoys seducing the apparently mad Oliviero, his wife, and a local delievery man- until she is viciously murdered as well.
