Vybz Kartel was discovered by Bountykiller who took him too Jamaica's premier production house at St. Lucia road in Kingston. King Jammy$ is the most influential reggae producer of the last 25 years and brought us Admiral Bailey, Shabba Ranks, Boutykiller, Ward 21 and lately Wayne Marshall. His Studio in Kingston 12 is just as important for the Jamaican music at that studio in Brentford road was for the first 25 years.of the history of reggae music. King Jammy$ whole family shares the producers title on this album. John John, Jam2, Baby G, CJ and the King himself let Vybz loose on some of the most hardcore riddims that ever came out of Jammy$ studio. The album is not just a single compilation like so many Jamaican albums, but a strong mix of familiar tunes and exclusives.
